• By accessing or using the VDO.Ninja Video Capture Extension, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy
• These terms supplement the VDO.Ninja Terms of Service when using VDO.Ninja services through this extension

2. Description of Service

• The VDO.Ninja Video Capture Extension provides a browser-based tool for capturing and streaming video content via peer-to-peer networking
• The extension utilizes the VDO.Ninja platform for WebRTC video and audio communication
• We offer this extension free of charge

3. User Obligations

• You agree to use the extension lawfully and ethically
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any stream ID or room name used in the service
• You must respect the intellectual property rights of content you capture and stream
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of websites you capture content from

4. Prohibited Uses

• You may not use the extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harassment, abuse, or harm to another person or group is strictly prohibited
• You may not stream copyrighted content without proper authorization
• You may not circumvent DRM or other content protection measures
• You may not use the extension to violate the privacy of others

5. Intellectual Property

• The VDO.Ninja Video Capture Extension and its original content, features, and functionality are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
• The extension is licensed under the MIT License, with the VDO.Ninja SDK component licensed under AGPL-v3
• The source code is available on GitHub

6. User-Generated Content

• You are solely responsible for the content you transmit or share using the extension
• You retain all rights to content you create, but grant necessary licenses for transmission via P2P networks
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to stream any content you capture

7. Privacy

• Your use of the extension is subject to our Privacy Policy
• When streaming via VDO.Ninja, the VDO.Ninja Privacy Policy also applies

8. Disclaimers

• The extension is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied
• We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of the services
• We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of user-generated content
• We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content accessed through the extension

9. Limitation of Liability

• The service provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages
• We are not liable for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly
• We are not liable for any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the extension (which is zero, as it's free)

10. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the service provider from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees
• This includes claims made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms
• This includes your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights

11. Termination

• We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability
• Termination may occur for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms
• You may terminate your use of the extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser

12. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time
• Changes will be reflected in the extension's version history on GitHub
• Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms

13. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada
• This applies without regard to its conflict of law provisions
• You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Canada for any disputes

14. Browser Permissions

• The extension requires certain browser permissions to function
• By installing the extension, you grant these permissions as described in our Privacy Policy
• You understand that the extension can access video content on web pages you visit

15. Third-Party Services

• The extension relies on VDO.Ninja for WebRTC functionality
• Use of VDO.Ninja services is subject to their terms and conditions
• We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services
